Shipping Details
Once your order is ready, it will be shipped within 5–8 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details to monitor its journey.
Domestic Shipping (Spain)
Orders within Spain are shipped via Correos (the official Spanish postal service) and typically arrive within 3 business days once dispatched.
International Shipping
For international orders, we work with Correos to reach customers worldwide. Delivery times vary by region:
- Europe: 3–6 business days
- Rest of the world: 5–9 business days
Please note that customs fees or import taxes may apply depending on your country. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Return Policy
Due to the handmade nature of our pieces, we do not accept returns. However, if your item arrives broken or damaged, please notify us as soon as possible, and we will work to resolve the issue.
